We do it all for the children!

It seems the U.S. Deputy Secretary of Education I suppose was addressing the schools in other cities in his speaking to the Oklahoma High School Summit about High Schools need to upgrade.

The Tulsa School System has made every effort for each high school to be air conditioned.  They arrange for all high schools to have their own stadium for football and other sports.   Much of the yearly budget is devoted toward sports.   The coaches are normally the highest paid on the staff.  Students have the very best of computers they can play games on.  Much of the supplies are furnished by the parents.  What more is expected of the taxpayers?  Did he mean also Tulsa should upgrade?
