An attempt at generosity.

Insults instead of ideas....how typical. That's all Guido has in his empty bag. Dishonest people do it all the time to divert from what's really correct right.

You sound like Pee Wee Herman:

Aw, it tried to be funny.  A sad failure.  It tried though.

clowns are evil!

Back on topic, nobody seems to care about the city's finances ....and they don't seem concerned about the bond refunding Stan Lybarger promoted for the Ball Park assessment district. Who are the two holdout landowners fighting the assessment?

This leads me to understand better the cons and righties who blabber about the Federal deficits and over bearing government. They really aren't that concerned with real economic alternatives nor bothered by waste.

A perfect description of your posts.

The Clown is like the Crackerjacks a$$hole of Internet Posting. An insult in every post. No surprise.

I see restoring the downtown grid as a good thing. Breakup the super block and reintegrate the convention center with downtown. That it helps the hotel is just another bonus. All win.

Unlike the sad clown.

Well when sales taxes fall off a cliff again like they did in 2008 we can talk.

You don't want to talk about what cost savings (corners cut) and federal funding (stimulus?) occurred to make up for the $35 million shortfall and what the potential is for future deficits to resurrect our streets. I thought it was bad enough this specific tax receipt seemed to be mixing in with the general fund....

Oh, I don't know, the depressed market for capital, steel, concrete and labor due to the recession? Those might have something to do with cost savings.
