Channel 2 and the National Anthem

Maybe I am just overly sensitive about the issue, but I was watching the Channel 2 news and the new sports guy was doing his live broadcast on the edge of the basketball court during the singing of the national anthem.

I thought it was very rude. He just went on and on while everybody else was standing at attention.

I guess the weekend sports guy and his live report were just more important.
