The Salad Lady at Furr's Cafeteria.  The one in Utica Square.

Billie was her name.  "Salad Darling?" and "How 'bout you?" were her signature greetings.

Yes, I would like some jello with tiny orange slices in them. Thank you, Salad Lady.
