"Paradise" coming to 71st & Mingo

Hey new to the boards.  I was just wondering if anyone knew what is coming in at the old gas station on the northwest corner of 71st & Mingo.  The sign out front says "Paradise" coming soon.  Just wondering if it is possibly a Cheeseburger In Paradise retaurant.

Sorry if this has already been discussed.  I did a search on the boards and did not see anything.
