Realtors??

I hope I have this in the right place. Please feel free to move it if not.
I own a small home in Berryhill that I want to sell. I am going to do some fix up on it and I have already done a lot, ie new windows, roof, septic, rewire. I will be adding new floors and cabinet reface very soon. I need a realtor who has a proven track record. Not living in Oklahoma anymore I do not know any realtors. I don't want to waste my time with someone who is not productive.
Any suggestions?
