Any word on Riverwalk?

I keep wondering when the second phase of the Riverwalk in Jenks is going to be started.  I remember asking a tenant early this year, he said that the developer had ordered the structual steel and would start poaring concrete as soon as it was delivered.  This was before the Kings Landing on the other side of the river was even clearing land to start, and now they are nearing completion.   Anyone have any info on whats going on?  

 Would really love to see it finished, will be a nice destination and stroll when it is.  As it is, its just not quite there yet.
