I know Tulsa is looking for ways to grow and I believe the vision2025 is a step in the right direction, but I think we need to think bigger. I know there is some money that is allotted for some route 66 plans in Tulsa, but I believe Tulsa should go the extra mile(pun intended) and build a musuem that pays homage to yesteryear. A route 66 musuem would be unique in itself because of all of the memorablia associated with it, plus route 66 is recognized throughout the world.

There could be a diner on the grounds, a musuem of unique route 66 memorablia, and possibly a car musuem as well. I envision nice open parks, and a camp site for RVers to stay at the park, but done tastefully so you can't even see the campsite.

Route 66 is a well-known hiway that attracts people from all over the world. A musuem, that pays tribute to this slice of Americana could big in Tulsa. Thoughts?
