Assisted Living Centers in Tulsa - pet policies

I was wondering if anybody knows of any 'assisted living centers' that will accept pets of any size.  My grandparents are needing to move to this kind of center but will not let go of their pit-bull.  Please let me know if you have any information or tips that I can use as I will appreciate it.  Thanks!  [:I]
