The Brad Henry Re-election's $45M Opportunity Fund.

$15M--MG in Ardmore, OKC, and Norman.

$15M--research tower on PHF campus in OKC.

---

$15M left. I propose we drain the fund to build a soccer stadium for an MLS team. The city will have to kick in some money, which they will if the state pays for more than half.

This will make East Village Soccer Stadia Dreams a reality for Tulsa and for the collaberative represenatation of Oklahoma in professional sports.
