Hello Tulsa.

I am a newbie from California. My wife and I are considering moving to Tulsa and I was wondering if I could ask some questions about the area. I have many questions but will only post a couple at a time.

We just spent a week in southern Oklahoma and we did manage to drive up to Tulsa to look around. We have grown weary of many things in California like being able to hear your neighbor pass gas among other things. We found the people in Oklahoma to be very nice.

We are interested in having a little space between our house and the next house over. While in Tulsa a police officer steered me towards Coweta. The area was very nice. I was wondering what other areas fit in this category
i.e. 4 or 5 acre lot in a good school district.
Also what is the property tax base in Tulsa?

In california it can vary from block to block due to school bonds etc etc.

Anyway any input will be appreciated.

Thank You
