Gatesway Balloon Festival - 2006

Gatesway Balloon Festival has moved to the Osage Million Dollar Elm Casino just north of downtown (951 W. 36th St. N., just west of the north end of the LL Tisdale Parkway).

Free parking, $2 admission per person (ages 9-99).  There will be approximately 35 balloons, food vendors, arts and crafts vendors, and various music and talent shows.

Saturday's festivities start early at 7am with the mass ascension.  There will be music and talent all day and a car show from 10am-2pm in the Casino parking lot.  The competition flight shows off the pilots' skill and will be at 6:30pm.  Balloons glow at 8:30 and a surprise headliner will be on at 9:30pm.
