Renovated Apartment building

Did anyone else catch the Friday World story on the couple that renovated the old apartment building on Fairview St. (just north of 244/east of Denver)?  This is news that is very nice to see in our City.  This couple (Dr. and wife) bought the building, renovated it and are now leasing the apartments at reasonable rates.  The apartments are small but certainly livable.  Rents range from $350 to $450 or so (definitely less than $500/mo.)

I went by yesterday and they did a very nice job.  This is news that should be spread.  While we all wait on the big names to produce the big projects we have smaller couples and individuals 'doing' small projects that in the aggregate may end up having a far larger positive impact on our City neighborhoods.  

This particular neighborhood (Brady Heights) has been on the slow comeback for a long time.  While there are still numerous challenges for this area the renovation of this building will help big time.
