Sex Offenders in Tulsa

Has anyone heard about the Sex offender suing the sheriff and the governor? He's suing them because he wants to live in a house that is less than 2,000 feet from a school.  It's the state law that they cannot live that close to a school or a licensed day care.  So, why should he get too???  When the local authorities notified him and told him he couldn't live there he threw a fit and was being a complete jerk!  Well I looked him up on the Sex offenders list and he is registered as living at Quiktrip!!!  How can that be?? We called Quiktrip and they couldn't believe it.  We asked if he might have worked there and they said no.  Why should a man that has lied about where he LIVES BE ABLE TO STAY THAT CLOSE TO A SCHOOL??? aPPARENTLY HE CAN'T BE TRUSTED.
