One of my main concerns with the Channels Project is its apparent disconnect to downtown.  My feeling (and that of others who have spoken to me) is a concern that it will actually take away from needed downtown public and private development projects.

I just discovered this new work from the OU Design Studio.  Was this considred by the Channels?  Where is the publicity for this extensive project?
