T. Boone Pickens gives another $100 million to OSU and kicks off a $1 BILLION fundraising drive for "scholarships and other academic purposes, including the construction of new buildings".

I wonder if this could possibly include new buildings at OSU-Tulsa and/or OSU Medical Center?  I really think it would be better for OSU's future to have most of its graduate and doctoral programs in Tulsa (where grad students would rather live/work) while also offering some undergraduate programs not offered in Stillwater, or a contination of certain undergrad programs that you can start at TCC and finish at OSU either in Tulsa or Stillwater.  Also build up Tulsa as the main OSU research center in addition to its current status as the home of OSU's health sciences programs and medical center.  I think there can be strategic benefit for both campuses where each one helps each other, and at the same time really helps Tulsa.

Here is what is listed for Tulsa...IMO there should be more going towards building up the programs in Tulsa but it will take the city and our state legislators, not to mention the OSU administration, making it a priority before that happens.  It would be great to have the entrepreneurship or fine arts program, with their new facilities, in Tulsa...
