HVAC, plumber, electrician or all?

Just made a huge hole in the rather large soffit in my kitchen and discovered what resides there.  Electrical, gas line and the air conditioning lines/duct or whatever those huge things are called.  The attic is just above the horrid thing.  Who do I call to remove and relocate these three important things in there?  I'd like to demolish the entire soffit and have taller cabs.

Any ideas or HVAC, plumbers on board?
