Downtown Postal Service

The United States Postal Service has announced  that beginning October 7th the downtown post office will change its final mail drop off time to 5:45 PM . (It was 8:00 PM.) This has put the some people in a bind. If there were more business downtown, we would never be in this situation. Where's the outrage?
