Warren "Medical Research" group buying west bank

We haven't voted on it yet but the Warren's already decided what a fair price for the land was. $65M

This is just an option contract in actuality, meant to convince us that it will be smooth sailing removing the west bank. What I don't like is that a public project should not be paying out whatever JK thinks is fair.
