I hope someone can help me.  Earlier, I was reading a thread from 2004 that talked a lot about Oklahoma City's area, annexed areas compared to total fenceline area and developed areas, etc.

I've been searching for hours to find Tulsa's total land area including all of its fenceline area, and can't find a thing.  All I know is that Tulsa has 183 sq. mi. of annexed land and wanted to annex 23 sq. mi. of its fenceline to the north of the city in 2004... but I can't find the total fenceline area...  The thread that I read mentioned U.S. Census Bureau data, but after several searches on its website, still ended up with nothing.

Can anyone give me data?  If it was available for OKC, surely it's available for Tulsa...

At the risk of sounding like an idiot, what is the fenceline area? Would that be land area that's going to be annexed?

/I don't think the Census tracks fenceline areas, because that is only one method of staking out turf.  Its not how eastern cities do it, but you are right on the land area.
