I would kinda like to see it be the stage for a "Real Life" Movie of modern day "Road Warriors" storming the Castle plundering and pillaging....!

Until there was nothing left........

Saw two posers being photographed in front of the Crankalot just last week.

Expect an article sometime soon....I bet it will be some disgruntled neighbors. Probably the same types that insisted on all that waisted tax payer funding of planters and crosswalks on Peoria.....

One man's waisted tax dollars are another man's well-spent tax dollars!

You sound like a happy neighbor in Brookside. Congratulations on getting the city to "beautify" your area.

Let's get a film production company to burn it for a movie scene.  Either that will finish off the building, or it will improve it's looks.

It would definitely improve the air quality in that immediate area...

On another note...... In that, the "webmaster" of late, has seen fit to wipe so many threads.... Could not find the parent thread for the following...

The Savoy Hotel at 6th and Peoria has just completed purchase of the Apartment Building at 8th and Peoria....
That would provide ample space for the Development that was referenced in the Tulsa World a while back..

The Development, as I remember it, was for a Restaurant, Expansion of the Hotel and I forget what else.. Rwarn may possibly remember.

Sorry..... Possibly it was the Evil World that used the word Motel....

It would be nice if we could locate that thread. If it has not undergone the wipe.....[8D]

Looks likke I was right. The World just decided not to put the pictures with the article. Go Brookside neighbors. You get more than your fair share of Tulsa taxpayers funding.....

... and take the lead in creating Tulsa's most lively, attractive, walkable urban district.

Right. All the way down Peoria to the Camelot.

I was glad to read discussions for other uses are happening. But cancer care with all that asbestos? Oxymoron, Floyd.
