JC Penney's to Owasso

Do you have any pictures or was there any media at the ribbon cutting? 

The Owasso Reporter was there taking pictures.  It will be in the Owasso Reporter next week.   There were 3 ribbon cuttings Friday in Owasso.   Ross Dress for Less was right after the JC Penny's ribbon cutting then at noon there was a ribbon cutting at A Cut Above the Rest a Hair Solon on 145th.   It was a busy day for the Owasso Chamber Ambassadors.
