Forum Policies Have Been Updated

The forum rules and policies have been updated. To read the revised rules, go here.

Most of the changes were merely grammatical, but here are the more important changes:

- Reworded the statement that forum membership may be revoked or disabled at any time.
- Warning that even though the forum is moderated, but we can't guarantee you won't see anything offensive.
- The forum staff and sponsors will not disclose any personal information, but if you post it to a public area of the forum, we are not responsible.
- Request that users report offensive material to staff in a timely manner.
- Banned users who return under a new name, will be banned again with or without reoffense.
- Revised wording in regards to spammers and unpaid advertisement.
- Revised wording in regards to flaming, baiting and general trolling.
- Limits on the size of signature lines.
- Revised procedure that we will no longer send an email to inform you that your email address is invalid.

The other public forums have gave up and closed because of the flaming, baiting and general trolling.  As in the revised wording will there be any exceptions to the new rule or will it be strictly enforced as it stands?

In the world of today it is so easy to deviate by association to the subject's heading.  Is this to be considered as baiting or trolling?  
Today we stand in ecstasy and view that we build today'
Tomorrow we will enter into the plea to have it torn away.
