Mary Janes makes no qualsm about advertising themselves as being a munchy source for stoners. nothing altogether illegal about it. If Oz can sell a 3ft Gene Simmons bong, they can sell pizza. If you check the address, that pizza joint is like 2 doors down form the half dressed hairstylist place.

I don't have a problem with it, neither do I have a problem with stripper ads. Both of course are legal. Just thought I'd throw in the cannabis culture side of UTW to the stripper mix.

Well now that opens a whole other can of worms.  Depends on community standards- which I believe is how the SCOTUS finally defined pornograpy (jurists, please feel free to correct me).  I suppose there is a prudish enough judge in the local ranks who would call it pornography.  I'm sure there are plenty of churches in the Tulsa area who, if they bothered to read the rag, would stage an Urban Tulsa burn.

Pornography, far as I'm concerned would have been showing a blatant sexual act either by herself or with a partner and/or perhaps showing, uh, more of God's gifts in a more explicit and "open" manner.

Far as I'm concerned it's somewhere between artistic expression and pushing the envelope for a stuffy alt scene weekly in a very conservative burg out in the So. Central US.  Pornography, at least by my standards, no.  Something I'd hand one of my girls to look over- no.  It's actually a pretty tasteful photo for a strip club, though I can't say I'm a connosieur of strip clubs nor their ads.

Only thing I can say for certain, it was a waste of bandwidth to download a 36 meg file just to see what all the hub-bub was about.
