Just Thought I'd Share

When My Son came home from Iraq, his plane stopped in Ireland.  While waiting for his connecting flight, look with whom he ran into.



All politics aside, getting a picture with a former world leader is truly an honor.  (By the way, my Son is in the middle.)

Did your son and the president have a beer together? Or was it a two-minute, bump-into-the-airport, "Hey, how you doin'" thing?

According to Jim (my Son), Clinton was also waiting for a flight (or perhaps waiting for a private transport to be made ready), and was shaking hands with a few soldiers who were on their way back to the States.

Clinton then indeed had a brew with a few soldiers, and even sat down and chat for a few minutes.  A good photo-op for Clinton; and great honor for my Son.

Thank you Michael, but I'm getting ready for round #2.  Jim called me last week and said, "Dad, I did it.  I signed up for another 6 years."

Awesome - never been a fan of Clinton myself, but even I can see the honor of this.

That's great.  I'm not a fan of Clinton's politics but he seems like a real personable guy.  What a lucky day for your son!
