Just wish we actually had "towers full of people".

Well, we have towers, and they are full of people.  Just not to capacity.  [}:)]

Most office towers downtown seem to have a decent occupancy rate.  Overall the rate is a lackluster 73.4% occupancy.  But factoring in the empty WilTell building and several nearly empty buildings, that leaves many structures downtown with pretty good occupancy.

Lets hope SOMETHING or someone picks up downtown.  The market added 10,400 new jobs last year in the Tulsa area, but apparently none took up office space downtown.  Certainly at 73.4% no one is considering building any new structures.

Starbucks can [use your imagination].

Had a dessert there today, first time --- and it was darn good!  I asked the girl behind how business has been so far and she responded that it has been pretty busy.  I hope they are able to stick around...

I haven't eaten there but picked up some chocolate-coated espresso beans as a gift the other day.

Someone above mentioned Nouveau Chocolates which used to be in a terrible location at 16th and Memorial.  They are now in downtown Broken Arrow at 205 S Main.  They are worth the drive!
