Time Capsule has WATER

News reports workers opening the Time Capsule (again) discovered water inside.

Whether that was from poor sealing after opening it before and the recent rains, or over the last 50 years is up for debate.

Workers were said to have pumped the water out.

Guessing the amount and depth of the rust will tell for sure.
