Thought I'd post this here since not everyone who might go to a Driller's game reads the sports section on here.

Tonight is the last dollar beer night of the season.  Anyone from TN want to do a get-together?

It is also Free Eskimo Joe's t-shirts for the first thousand in the gate and free loaves of Sara Lee bread as you leave.

If the Drillers win tonight or tomorrow, they are almost assured of a playoff spot.

I cannot go tonight. I have a kid's soccer practice, back to school night for us parent's, and a on-line fantasy football draft.

We are going to go tomorrow for free ball cap night and Sunday for fireworks.

The ad I saw was on one of those restroom advertising kiosks.  It said something to the effect of:   "If you think you are going now, come to $1 beer night with the Drillers!"  Or some such thing.

Dangit people, tonight is the TU game.  While the Drillers have been a part of Tulsa for sometime, Tulsa has been a part of Tulsa for 100 years.

PLUS, this is Oklahoma.  COLLEGE FOOTBALL RULES.

Seems like I remember seeing a couple of dogs at a Driller's game some time ago.  Are dogs allowed? (I have a bonded/insured therapy dog) I guess I can always scream ADA if I get hassled. LOL - I have an invisible disability that I don't feel comfortable disclosing (u could call it that)

One of my 2 dogs that I bring to Bark in the Park at the Drillers games.  They are allowed one certain nights.

RM - you a dog hater?  Booo hisssss!  I take my dogs everywhere.  Rivers Edge, Empire Bar, The Colony, Parks, TU games, Driller's games, on the boat fishing.  

and I'm amazed that there isnt one TU fan here.  When someone shouts GOLDEN!  The other person is supposed to shout HURRICANE!.  Sheeesh.

They tried to boot me out of Columbia Liquors around Xmas time for bringing him in.

"We don't allow dogs in here."

"I'm not a dog, and he's a Yorkie."

The guy started laughing pretty hard and then noticed I was filling my basket so the "no dogs" policy was quickly forgotten.
