Barack offers Hillary the next opening on the Supreme Court to get the democrats united? A slam dunk.

Time to recalibrate the pendulum. She could resolve Constitutional issues that desperately need to be saved from a wrecking ball by a Court that has veered dangerously to the right.
Leaving politics behind, she could vote her progressive ways without fear of political repercussions further on down the road.

Hillary has too big an ego.  She'll be running the primary results past SCOTUS.  She's not going to accept defeat, certainly not with enough grace to work for another President.

Looks like Obama has her in his list to replace Stevens...one thing for certain it will not be another Catholic...nor a Jew. Protestants are due....
