This was not an Alice in Chains concert in 1993.  I thought crowd surfing & moshing were passé.
Apparently not.
I saw two guys start fighting & punches thrown near the end of the set.

This is also where I've seen people thrown out of a Yonder Mountain String Band show for starting fights.  Plus the band saying 'if you dont stop throwing stuff at us, we'll walk off stage'

This is where I've seen people thrown out of a String Cheese Incident show for starting fights...okay that was @ the Brady, but regardless.

I'd be very surprised if Les Claypool will ever step foot in Oklahoma, again. Most of you don't care, but I do.

If I've ever seen a case for Oklahoma to serve real beer, that concert was it.  These amateurs would be passed out after the opening act.

I never would've thought "ignorant drunks fighting" would be a case for selling STRONGER alcohol... I'd imagine there would just be more of them because now you can get 5 guys drunk on $50 instead of 2.

That's too bad. :(

For what it's worth, I've seen quite a few shows at Cain's, and most of the bands I have seem genuinely thrilled with the venue and the crowd. I guess it just depends on the night.

If there was ever a need for real beer in Oklahoma...

Les Claypool's opening act was it.
