New Walgreen's for Bixby

SE Corner of 151st and Memorial.

Why? I have no idea since there is already a Walgreen's at 111th and Memorial. Seems too close to me.

Have also heard rumblings that the small neighborhood behind the QT on 151st and Memorial is due for a buyout and bulldoze.

why don't you know, everything south of the river is another land!  4 miles is like an eternity!  so no, not too close.
