Good opening night for the Drillers.

It was a good crowd. Saw lots of families and friends and watched a good game. Saw the Mayor there and expressed my optomism for a new stadium.

The lines were long at the concession stands because of the big crowd so I missed the chance at the first hot dog of the season.

I will be passing out free trees on Sunday and Monday so I can make it up.

It was just one game, but I suspect Eric Young Jr. and the centerfielder Dexter (forget his last name) won't be down in AA ball for long.
