I thought I had read on the paper it was an esophageal tear?  I don't like his politics but hope he recovers just fine.

I've thought a poorly chewed Dorito was going to do the same to mine.

I hope they weren't playing a game of "Watch This!" with a drain snake after work on Friday.

They say the truth is hard to swallow. I don't know. I have never tried it.
Power is nothing till you use it.

US House Speaker Taps Mullin for Weekly Address

http://kwgs.com/post/us-house-speaker-taps-mullin-weekly-address

QuoteOKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — U.S. House Speaker John Boehner has selected a congressional candidate from Oklahoma to deliver the Weekly Republican Radio Address.

Boehner said in a statement Thursday that he's selected Republican Markwayne Mullin to deliver Saturday's address in response to the president's weekly address. Boehner said that — as a small business owner — Mullin understands the need to shut down the "jobs-destroying red tape factory in Washington, D.C."

Mullin is a plumber from Westville who faces Democrat Rob Wallace of Fort Gibson for the 2nd Congressional District seat that stretches across 26 counties in eastern Oklahoma. Mullin, Wallace and independent Michael Fulks of Heavener are seeking to replace outgoing U.S. Representative Dan Boren.

Boren — the only Democrat in Oklahoma's congressional delegation — announced last summer he wouldn't seek re-election.

Only thing he'll talk about is Obama's 'socialist' agenda and shutting down ORomneyCare....

Westville? That's funny. I thought we installed his brand new big spread of a house out in Coweta.
That's one heck of a commute.
Changing opinions one mistake at a time.

Boehner calls every town West of the Mississippi "Westville".  So every rep from anywhere West of the Mississippi is now from "Westville".

I would have done a triple face palm when I heard Boehner had given him this gig, but I was driving and needed all three hands on the wheel.

And it's not because this guy is an R that I don't like him.  My brother has done business with him and his company and hates this guy profusely.  I've heard enough stories about how he runs his business...

I've heard the same about Mullin, but of course one only hears about the dissatisfied customers, no one hears from the ones who are truly happy.  I suspect his business wouldn't have gotten to the size it is if he was that way to everyone.  His voice annoys me as well as the script he and Bridenstine are reading in their commercials.

Shame of it is, Wallace isn't any better.  Either way, OK D-2 is losing a lot of integrity with Boren's retirement.

Wallace comes off as a wacko in his ads.  Not much hope for D-2.
