I see a possible copyright infringement issue with this considering how close it resembles the Bob's Big Boy statue

Fundamentally ugly. For 250K we couldn't get something related to cycling?

Also need to worry about some 60 something year old Nathan Hale graduates trying to replicate stealing the Big Boy statue from in front of Kip's when it was at the BA & Memorial.   ;D

Where do we meet to do that?

I don't share my thoughts because I think it will change the minds of people who think differently.  I share my thoughts to show the people who already think like me that they are not alone.

You will receive instructions in a discreet manner when the time is appropriate. In the meantime keep discussions to a minimum, the fewer that know the better.  ;D

I vote for the giant rubber duck to be installed there permanently.

All hail our good Lord Golden Duck of Cry Baby Hill.

If you want to go full on duck, you need to get this from the Neon Museum in Vegas. It covers all the bases, kitzch, neon sign, automotive related and somewhat demented looking, the Ugly Duckling Used Cars mascot.

I saw the story on Channel 8 that Blake Ewing told the residents in the area that the statue is going to be built and there is no more discussion or debate.

Why ask for input from the residents if you're just going to shaft them anyway?

Remember the water fountains they had down the halls?   I still have a couple of souvenir chrome sprayers from a couple of those hanging around somewhere.

Also, always got in trouble with a wide variety of people for walking across that shield in the floor in the front entry area.  They had to put up railing around it.  Just went over and under....

Maybe they could take Amity from the Cox Center and have the Cry Baby Statue stand next to it like the Golden Driller and the Oil Derrick and make a smaller version a new trophy for Tulsa Tough.

Two pieces of chrome art together?

I vote for the World's Largest Rubber Duck:

Still dumb, but at least it has a bike theme now... It's "art" for the sake of having something there. The Cyrus Avery plaza is a much better statue, and no one even knows it is there. Pointless.
