Make: Ashley
Item #: 8280235
Item Description:  Encore - Grain Tufted Loveseat with Flared Arms
Color: Grain

Mathis only carries the Red (Salsa) and won't do a special order (wtfmate?)

Anyone on here work for a joint that can order it (Tulsa county) ?

Thanks

I bet sunshine furniture can do that. --http://www.sunshineok.com/products.htm

That said, I would never shop there, or for Ashley furniture.  The salesman told me he only expects that stuff to last for 3-5 years. A 185 lb Oklahoman can hear that stuff creaking hard whenever he sits on it, that's just not a good sign.  North Carolina(near Bixby somewhere) furniture is real high quality, but pretty expensive. 1400$ or so for a couch.  I found in my couch hunt that furniture row, specifically Sofa Mart worked out real well.  It is a blend of like medium quality furniture and medium quality price.

Also if anyone in the furniture business does read this thread, why not go take pictures of all the stuff in your showroom floor and put it on your website?  There are many of us that would sometimes rather not come down there and be hassled by your sales guys and just do some browsing online.  I bet you would potentially make a lot more from that.

Thanks Brian, I'll definitely give them a call tomorrow.

Yeah, I don't really care how long it lasts, we just needed something cheap and small for our office.  We butt tested it @ Mathis and it was great :)

And yes to the 2nd part, pay some entry level guy to take routine pics and update the site.  We went to Mathis early on Saturday when the roads were still bad hoping to beat the rush... boy did we ever! I never felt more like a minnow in a pool with thousands of sharks swarming around!

Yeah, I actually avoid Mathis solely because of the salesmen.  If I wanted their opinion or to answer a question, I would track those buggers down. There seems to be even on the busy nights, two salesmen for every one customer; a 2:1 ratio. Maybe we are the exception and most other people love to be handled by the salesman.

I'm glad I'm not a retail salesman.  Damned if you do, damned if you don't.  Leave the customer some space and you are ignoring them.  Try to be helpful and you are pushy.

Its on the Ashley website. Apparently they protect their retailers cause I didn't see any way to order it from them. I suppose there is some online retailer who will order it for you and truck it to Tulsa for a little extra.

Furniture is one thing I'd not recommend ordering on-line unless the retailer has a store in Tulsa and they will accept a return at the local store.  Your recourse is limited and complicated otherwise.

COCO FOR PREZ!

Sunshine had it in stock... AND it's $40 cheaper than Mathis.  WOOT WOOT!

Looks like Sunshine will be added to the small list of places we go now:

Mathis
Sunshine
Snowes

The place @ Sheridan and the train tracks, furniture row @ 21st and Sheridan, and Carolina out in Bixby/Memorial have never worked out for us :(

Good deal for you...just be sure to double, triple super check your item  and the one on your invoice...I ordered a table form Sunshine once and the invoice had the wrong #, as they swore up and down I was completely wrong, misguided, and not seeing correctly, I had to speak to about 4 people to clean up the mess.  And yes, it was the wrong item.
I would have walked away, but it was so darn cheap.
