This may well qualify as one of the ten stupidest posts of 2011.

Looks like we found he plaintiff in the "Man illegally brings gun into bar, gets injured in a fight, then sues bar for not searching him for a weapon." Sorry to out you Nate.

I saw this story on Yahoo. I found it amazing what people will sue for.

"Convict sues couple he kidnapped for not helping him evade police".

looks like most all of these lawsuits were dismissed

That lawsuit actually ruined that ladies life. I saw a special some months ago and after all she went through, I felt sorry for her. She is deceased now.

What are you talking about? You are the one who is upset over the exposing of BS lawsuits, which, if you bothered reading the stories many have been dismissed or are getting close. Are you getting close to another of your moments?
