Is anyone else going through this or just me? Nearly every time I log in to their online banking I get this.

I do not want overdraft protection, so I choose "don't ask again."

After dozens of times clicking "don't ask again" yet being asked again and again and again, I messaged them.

The response, which makes no sense:
QuoteDue to the federal law we have to have a response one way or another, so pressing 'Don't ask me again' just delays this and thus keeps prompting you. I officially opted you out, so this prompt should not appear.

I still got the overdraft coverage prompt for months after that. I finally called and they assure me they opted me out.

Coincidence that they make it so difficult to opt out? Anyone else had any experience with it?

It's so very minor, yet I'm ready to switch banks over it just for the principle of it if I get that freaking prompt one more time.
