The rendering actually has a brick look it.  The windows also appear to be large and similar to the Perimeter Technology Center building next door.

Do we know if there is any street-level retail planned?


The developer of this project was involved in the other hotel in brady, in particular the ground floor retail.

You're right. The larger picture shows more detail and what appears to be brick. If that's the case, then I don't have any complaints with this project. That area is looking great.
