I'm guessing closer to 1 month.
I walk by semi-often.   If I catch someone outside I'll ask for an ETA.
I need me some downtown arbys!
Jimmy needs some competition.  :)

:o  Color me shocked ;)
The story cited the restauranteur saying they'd be open by spring. As with every business opening ever, the media is fed the best possible opening date scenario, which rarely happens. I'm not sure how much digging the TW is expected to do on a simple business opening story beyond asking "When are you gonna open?"

"By Spring" / "During Spring"

There's a lot...

by spring would infer that the finish would be on or before spring.  During spring..well, there's a three month window there...

Walked by today.
My Sherlock sense says opening date = Mon, May 19
(task calendar on wall filled out thru May 16)

I went by the Arby's on Yale, ordered a Reuben sandwich. It turned out to be 2/3rd fat. They had to know before they made the sandwich that it was garbage. Will not be going there again.
