Land Records and the Assessor

Does anyone know why Tulsa County bilks taxpayers at $60.00 a month for remote access to our terribly antiquated land records database?  

Surely it doesn't cost the county $60.00 per month per user to access these public documents.

Just compare our system to the FREE database for Oklahoma County.  It's laughable.

This might be the most flagrant violation of the Open Records Act that I've seen.
