Here is a new thread with some extra questions for discussion.

I think they will play one more season in OKC before bolting.

Can OKC support an NBA team long term by themselves?  Not sure.  I think they need local investors, and I am not sure there is a benefactor in OKC with the kizzle to support an NBA team, however, if they split some games with Tulsa, selling season tix in both cities, it could happen.

Will Tulsa ever be an ML market?  I think for a fringe ML sport like Hockey... I could see an NHL team here after we break a million and NW Arkansas population grows.
