How would you create a buzz about Tulsa?

It appears to be the general consensus that the Chamber's "Tulsa Video" was pretty pathetic.  So, given the creative minds on this forum, surely someone could come up with a better idea.  My guess is that they did not have a lot of competition for the video; perhaps if they had, they would have gotten something better.  Maybe they should have had some sort of contest.  Anyway, if you were creating a video to sell Tulsa to out-of-towners, what would you do?  What would be your slogan?  What would be in the video--what sights, what people, what music, etc...?  

Who knows, maybe someone at the Chamber will read your suggestion, and actually use it.
