Is Riverwalk in trouble?

Someone today told me they heard it was in financial trouble. I certainly hope not as it is a nice place. Perhaps this explains the difficulty in getting the next phase under way.

My wife and I were by there Saturday. Very restful in the afternoon when that sun gets over on the West side.
