Remember tossed salads?

In the olden days you could get a tossed salad, where all the ingredients and dressing were tossed together. Not a "presentation" like you get now. The only place I've seen a tossed salad lately is Panera Bread. Seen any others lately?

I've seen the salad spinners for "virtual" tossing and olive garden kinda does it.

yeah, i just had a pre-tossed salad last night at a restaurant and the lettuce and croutons were all soggy.   yuk.
