know where/how to find some in Tulsa?

H.O.W. Foundation?  Yes, already know about them.  But they book 6 - 8 weeks in advance.

In Southern California, you can go to just about any Home Depot and find as many as you want.  Is there any congregation place like that here?

Apparently you "No hablas espanol" either, since it should be "no hablo ingles."  [:)]

I have heard this complaint before in Tulsa, I do not know of any locations to quickly snag day laborers.  I think most have really real jobs here.

I think most illegals will move on to other states. In two months Oklahoma's #1804 law kicks off and people who hire illegals will get slamed pretty hard, that is if they enforce the law and don't look the other way. I guess there is some illegal labor workers in Tulsa but not like in California & Texas.

Try Manpower.  They used to hang out around Home Depot at 11th & Elgin in the mornings as well.  Not sure if they still do.

I would recommend using a personnel service which provides screened employees and provides workers compensation and liability insurance on their employees.  They are listed under Employment in the phone directory.

If you choose to hire and pay the laborers direct, you may need to obtain workers compensation insurance.  Always check with your property fire and casualty insurance carrier before hiring domestic or labor work done at your home or business location.  Your agent will inform you of what additional coverage you may need, if any.

Double A

If you need Laborers go to the building at 208 S. Guthrie or call 583-5261.

Seems like there is someplace on 11th too but you might try AA's first.
