Camilles Sidewalk Cafe what do you like about them

Yes! Steve's Sundries...Katherine makes great sandwiches, and her specials and soups are A+. I might have to go there today for a "Special Grilled Cheese". Yum!

And she puts lime in my tea. Love that.

Four years ago my company was involved in designing several Camille's in a number of states. I would say the main problem with Camille and her husband (who are really nice people) is the little Napoleon's they have surrounded themselves with as administrators. They began with a great and fresh food idea over at Woodland Hills, but it looks like they have strayed. A part of the blame for that has to be with their advisers. Some of the people working at Camille's when we were associated with them were really not very nice people.

Yes, when a company expands like that sometimes it is very difficult to find good people to run the stores.

But I do love their cinnamon rolls!

I eat lunch at the 96th & Riverside location about twice a month.
