So this two story building is worth only a smidge less than atlas life?

TheArtist

Thats so absurd. You know they bought it for less than the 962,000 and now they are asking 1,600,000? Gives the buyer the knowledge that they can do some serious haggling. And since when could you ask more than what the assesors price was and get it? The assessed value is often more than the real value, "unless you got connections and you want it less" and you usually get less than the assessed value, not more.  We shall see.

Restaurant/nightclub idea on the roof would be sweet but anyone thinking about it will have considerable costs for special needs access.

Who was the previous tenant or use of this building?

I still can't picture it, which corner?  Anyone got a ground-level shot?

Good question.  Now that you mention it, I've never seen the elevator that was supposed to have gone in El Guapo.  I respectfully withdrawal another one of my comments.

There is an elevator in El Guapo's.  Near the back, right before you reach the bathrooms.

Didn't they just buy that for like 5 or 6 hundred thousand?  Where are they getting their weed?
