We're wanting to get our driver/passenger side windows tinted in our Honda Element.

Anyone have any good experiences with local tint shops?

Thanks!

Do not use altamere.

I used a place in bristow my last two times.

Find someplace that uses lifetime warrantied metallic film like sungard.

I've used Sunglow on a couple cars and was happy with their work.

What are you trying to hide?

Power is nothing till you use it.

funny, it seems every tint place is preceded by "don't use"

I think every place messes up once.  Tint is hard to apply.  I would suggest Automotive Distinctions, but then someone would say "don't use...."

I can't say from personal experience but I've had numerous people tell me Digitint is great. They use some kind of plotter based system and they cut out the exact fit for whatever car you want it applied to. All computer driven except for the application, I'd assume. Always sounded cool to me. Wish I knew what the quality was like. I still need my windows tinted too.

Townsend

Southeast Auto Trim on 46th between memorial and Sheridan.  Locally owned.  Bobby and Dana are very nice people.  I've had my cars done by them over the years and never a complaint.

Call for a quote.  Just tell them you need your front two roll-ups done.

I recently used the tint guy at Jim Glover Chevy. It was the cheapest I found.  $49 for front 2 doors of a SUV.  I think for an entire vehicle it starts at $139.  The tint job looks great to me.

I just called there and made an appointment based on your recommendation. I'll let you guys know how it goes. (They have a "Whole Car Special" running right now for $139.95)

EDIT: If you call tell David that you saw this on tulsanow.org. He had never heard of us and was pleasantly surprised when I told him I was calling because he was mentioned on here.
