Barack Obama's contradictions?

One of the first post-election contradiction,  I've noticed coming from the Obama team have to do with Robert Malley, who was dumbed by the Obama team last May when it was learned he regularly met with Hamas.

Now, Malley's aide said he is speaking for Obama over in Syria and Egypt.  No denial from the Obama team - yet.

Also this week a Hamas leader said they met with Obama's people before the election and were asked by them to keep it quiet so not to affect the election.  Malley?

The Obama camp denies it but the leader who said it stands by his statement.

Hmmm. Newsbusters. Published by Brent Bozell. Where have we heard that name before? Consider the source, then consider a new source.

The Globe seems like a reasonable Canadian newspaper that simply reported a story. The sources were not exactly solid but when someone makes an allegation its often reported whether true or not if its about an important person (except in Sapulpa where all allegations are printed and facts are not!). Nonetheless, one needs to suspect Hamas motives since their only corroboration is another Hamas operative.

Also you incorrectly noted that there was no denial from the Obama team. The Canadian story reports clearly that they "FLATLY DENIED" the truth of the story.

So much irony, so little time.....

When I voted for Reagan in '84, one of the issues pushing me into the Reagan camp was the total FEARMONGERING by leftist liberals who insisted that Reagan was going to destroy the world by starting a nuclear war...

This push by the rightwing nutmedia is going to end up unwittingly re-electing Obama.... you're gonna look really stupid arguing that Obama "pals around with terrorists" and is a "friend of Hamas" when you start looking at his new chief of staff.....

I was young and naive... I actually believed Reagan when he said he was going to reduce the federal deficit.... supply-side economics is a fickle woman....

And the alternative was Fritz-n-tits.

I did vote for Dukakas the next election, so you can rest easy, RA.

Whew! I totally disagree with most of your opinions but I generally respect someone who sticks with their convictions.  My faith in you has been restored.
