Across from the election board?  I believe that counts as electioneering.

If they're more than 100 feet away, they're fine.

Seeing that I'm a naturalised citizen and this is my second time to vote, I have no idea whether it's wrong or right to have that rally.

I don't mind going just for the education i.e. see how many are supporting OBAMA and get some pics of the activities.

You and I support different Presidential candidates, but I am grateful you have chosen to participate in our electoral process as a naturalized citizen.  I'm glad you are taking advantage of all your rights as an American.

Now let's see if we can work on your liberal leanings. [;)]

Obama wants me to get up early and rally on a Saturday? Then he wants me to march around later that morning?

Whatever...I am changing my mind voting for that chick from mooseland and her dad.

You go right ahead and do that, Paris.

Conan, you and this state could never change my Liberal leanings because I've lived in too many countries to know that Liberal means progressive[:D]

I can't handle the same old same old.  BTW, I have often wondered why so many Americans do not get involved with voting.  I have spoken to several people over the years I have been here, and they are much older than I, but have never voted!  Why is that?

There is this cool Reggaeton cancion that I can't help humming.  You must check it out.

If you don't mind my asking, what was your birth nationality?  You spell things in Queen's English, so I've always assumed you were a Brit or Aussie.

About 1/3 of the country's population will vote in this election.  No precise idea what percent of elligible voters that equates to, something tells me around 2/3.  I've missed some smaller elections like a bond vote or school board election here and there, but I do try to vote early and often every opportunity I get.

So why did you choose to live here as compared to Massachusetts, Minesota, or California?

One of my cousins lived in Boston in the 80s. She asked why I didn't move up there during their tech boom. I told her I couldn't stand the thought of living in Kennedyland.

There are things I don't like about Oklahoma politics but I dislike the leftist philosophy even more.  I wish the religious nutcases hadn't hijacked the Republican party but I just cannot support the left side nutcases that the Democrats keep putting up as their heros and flag bearers.  Put up some more centrist Democrats and the rightwing nutcases will go away by attrition.
